– FEATURED COLLECTION –Birds– by Adrian Ilfoveanu –

eroica-03

Adrian Ilfoveanu has the grace to put feelings in his sculptures. This is how his birds live beyond the workshop, in any closed or open space in which they are housed. Inspired by the inventions of Henri Coanda, which the artist discovered by researching the sculpture studies of the great inventor, and repositioning the studies of Brancusian birds, Adrian Ilfoveanu created a whole world of birds. Birds that live in us. Birds that represent our spirit. Birds that through the energy they share with those who come to love them, are today in numerous private collections in the United States, Romania, Russia and the United Arab Emirates.

“Birds” is an open project and we invite you to be part of it.

“Eroica” is the bird born from the chords of Symphony No. 3 – “Eroica” by Ludwig van Beethoven. It is the bird that carries in its fragile body and the meticulous details of its wings, the whole human turmoil. Watch this bird and listen to “Eroica”! The way Adrian Ilfoveanu translated the musical notes into his sculpture is almost unreal.
